October Wine Tasting
Nothing is more enticing than getting an opportunity to sample some wine in a romantic location in the middle of the week! This event was open for members to bring a partner or a friend along and enjoy what Domaine d’Heerstaayen had to offer. The owner, Peter, gave us a tour of his beautifully styled domaine. The rain clouds parted and the sun took the opportunity to shine on us as well After the tour we had a lovely gathering tasting some different wines. A very relaxing way to spend an autumn Wednesday!
Originally Domaine d’Heerstaayen was a vineyard, but today it is so much more than that, with the orangery as the radiant centrepiece. The various gardens and outbuildings each offer a beautiful setting for different moments due to their own unique atmosphere. You can even spend the night here!
